SQUALENE ANTIBODY TEST NEEDED TO PROVE VACCINE INJURY

Dr. Pamela B. Asa was a researcher affiliated with Tulane University, known for her work on the presence of antibodies to squalene in recipients of the anthrax vaccine. Her research suggested a potential link between these antibodies and symptoms consistent with Gulf War Syndrome.

Dr. Asa, along with her colleague Dr. Robert F. Garry, developed a test for detecting anti-squalene antibodies. This methodology was patented by Tulane University, and the exclusive rights were granted to Autoimmune Technologies LLC, a company based in New Orleans. Drs. Asa and Garry were to receive royalties from this agreement.

In the early 2000s, Dr. Asa was active in offering free testing for veterans concerned about potential exposure to squalene through vaccines. However, there is limited publicly available information about her subsequent activities or current status.
