Alex Krainer was born in Croatia when it was part of Yugoslavia. He served in the Croatian military and has also been a financial advisor for many years.

He talks about the British financial oligrachy and how they have influenced other countries in Europe. This includes Russia in 1917. He discusses Mussolini's connection to British intelligence and how Britain and France betrayed Czechoslovakia in 1938.
