The Right Answer: This is phenomenal advice. Contrary to popular belief, politics are one of the first things people should discuss when getting into a relationship. If you’re not on the same page it’ll never work.

It just doesn’t make sense to date someone with different political beliefs.
Tea Party: I told my children when they were growing up into dating years:
1. Date people of the same religion
2. Date people of your own race
3. Date people of your own political beliefs
4. Date people from the same socio/economic group.

Marriages have a greater chance of success if these steps are followed.
