Numbers 11 – What exactly is meant by prophesying? 2023

Num 11:25
Then the LORD came down in the cloud and spoke to him; and He took of the Spirit who was upon him and placed Him upon the seventy elders. And it came about that when the Spirit rested upon them, they prophesied. But they did not do it again.

Elohim placed the Spirit which was upon Moses upon the seventy also and they prophesied. What exactly is meant by prophesying? It apparently meant they spoke the Words of Elohim in encouragement to the people, just as Moses had done. This is the only time the seventy did this, except for two of the men.
