Sprint Biased Weight Room Workout

Here is my current lower body workout (Day One at least). I posted a video earlier this week that discussed Training Principles like SAID, Individualization, Reversibility and Progression. Unfortunately, time and weather have limited my ability to get to the track to perform more specific sprint training. However, I am still applying the SAID principle (Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands) as best I can. I am working on the same musculature and similar movement patterns/positions. I'm sure my results would be better if I was able to get on the track consistently though.
