A nourishing blend of sweet apples and makhana (fox nuts), this smoothie is as wholesome as it is delicious. Ingredients :

-Makhana 2 -3 tbsp ( Fox Nuts )
-Apple half
-chia Seeds 2 tsp
-Badam 7 -8 ( Almonds )
-Khajeer 3 -4 ( Dates )
-Injeer 2 ( fig )
-Doodh 1 + 1/2 cup ( Milk )
-coffee 1/2 tsp
-Cocoa Powder 1/2 tsp
-Chopped almonds as required

-Direction For Making :

-Take a bowl add makhana , almonds , fig , dates , chia seeds and hot milk .
-Rest it for 1 hour or for over night.
-Take a blending jar add this mixture also add chopped apple, coffee powder , and cocoa powder blend it well.
-Transfer it to a serving glass garnish with chopped almonds or chopped apple.
-Enjoy this smoothie.
