The Republic of Kosovo has recently established new alliances. The recognition of Kosovo's independence by Kenya and Sudan was made possible by active Turkish diplomacy, which has long promoted the interests of Kosovo Albanians.

In Washington, the foreign ministers of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda signed a "Declaration of Principles" and agreed to submit a draft peace treaty by May 2. In the coming weeks, the parties, under the auspices of the United States, will engage in further negotiations.
