The Villages Inventory Drops Overnight! Here's Why.

The Villages MLS inventory took a 14 home drop overnight so I looked into it. The drop was caused my EXPIRED listings on unsold homes. The Villages inventory will continue to hover around 700 or more, but what I didn't consider was. expired listings and how they could affect that numer. I'll keep an eye on it and The Villages Florida inventory in the near future.
