The Victorian Christmas at the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site started small more than forty years ago according to special events coordinator Janice Kuzan saying "it started with a Christmas tree and some cookies at the desk." It has grown into a much anticipated holiday event. Every corner of the grand old home has been decked out for the holidays. It's an amazing undertaking accomplished by local garden clubs. "Every club takes a room or space and they do these fantastic decorations throughout the house." Janice says. The Victorian Christmas runs through December 8th, with dinners, fashion shows and lunches as well as other special events. Check the website for more information. Janice recommends you call if you want to reserve a space at one of the events. They're located at 641 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14202 • (716) 884-0095
