There are many videos out on how to make an authentic Detroit Style Deep Dish. They're all basically wrong. This is how it's done.

-------
This will make 2 large pizzas and 1 small pizza

Oven 450-465

Dough

5 cups flour (Wheat Montana works best)
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 packets yeast

Large pan - 16 oz
Small Pan - 8 oz

Sauce

1 28 oz can of Delallo San Marzano style crushed Italian tomatoes,
1 14 oz can of Cento tomato sauce
14 oz water
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp course ground black pepper
1 tsp Sugar

Cheese

Great Lakes Wisconsin Brick
Kraft Monterrey Jack can be used if brick can’t be found

Small - 6.5 oz
Large - 13 oz

Antipasto salad dressing (My version)

1 cup Avocado oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 tsp salt/pepper/onion powder/garlic powder/Italian seasoning

Buddy’s Style Antipasto Salad

1 Head Iceberg lettuce
2 bunches Romaine
Cherry tomatoes
8-16 oz diced Wisconsin Brick (Monterey Jack can be used)
8-16 oz diced Salami
8-16 oz diced cooked ham

For the salami and ham, have the deli set the slicer to 5

Cut, dry and mix lettuce. Buddy’s will mix and serve it. I just let people build their own
