II Cor 1:1 - 2:4

We analyze the concepts of "grace" and "peace" in Paul's customary greeting, and what it means to "suffer" with, and for Christ. We'll consider Paul's vision of heaven recounted in II Cor 12 in light of the events of Acts 14, and whether or not God raised him from the dead after his stoning in Lystra.

We will compare the words "establish" and "stablish" in regard to clarity in the English translations of the Bible, and examine Paul's unique use of the phrase "The Day of the Lord Jesus Christ" in light of the 2nd Coming, Great White Throne Judgment, and The Judgment Seat of Christ.

Finally we'll look at how II Corinthians implies that Paul sent Timotheus (Timothy) and Silvanus (Silas) to visit the Corinthians instead of visiting them himself, and why Paul chose to do so.
