How To Fix The Fake Courts

The courts are the issue for this reason.
They're not REAL COURTS.

We expose bank fraud on a weekly basis.
Yes, that means your mortgage.

That means, um, who actually owns your home, because you sure don't even after you pay it off.

Do you want that to change?

Real courts are defined by Article III of the Constitution which emphatically defines the powers of them.

If it's not Article III it's an ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY of a corporation.

Such as:
The State Of (Insert Your State)
"Justice Court of (insert your town or county)

Those are all corporations.
We intend to shout about this until the ship is corrected.

It easy.
It needs no laws.
No acts.
No meetings.
You don't even need to use ink or a pencil.

The Trump administration only needs to hold the press conference of a lifetime.

Tell the truth.
The Constitution has already laid this out.

Anything pretending to be a court shall be renamed an agency.

The clowns in the black robe costumes shall be called "hearing officers" as they used to be named.

When We the People have grievances, we file at the Federal District Court articulating a "suit at common law" and the court has set up the system to gather that jury.

The people will want to serve on those juries, because those proceedings are without all BAR CARD procedural FOCKERY.

The judge simply facilities the trial.
There are no attorneys.

One side tells their claim.
The other side tells their counterclaim.

The testimony continues until all unanswered questions have been answered.

The jury decides the winner.
No judge can overturn the decision.

You know what that does?
It makes for an honest jury.
Because you could be in that court one day with your grievance.

That is how it used to be in this county and that is EMPHATICALLY stated in the Bill of Rights 7th Amendment.

You never heard J6-er's bar card tool of the state demand that, did you?
Nope.

Because they can't.
Only We the People have rights.
Legal entities don't.

Bar card tools of the state can't represent We the People as we don't need to BE re-presented to the fiction of the fake courts.

We the People must speak for ourselves, first hand knowledge that is not spun by attorney tricks.

Scott has been in the trenches of this legal system and it is entirely REPUGNANT to the Constitution.

How we desire a public debate on this so badly with whomever is the TOP BAR CARD AGENT OF THE STATE in the country.

Because you would all get to decide what kind of system YOU want to have.
