Former Coast Guard commandant and transexual Linda Fagan was found guilty of mutiny (UCMJ Article 96), Sedition (Article 94), and sexual harassment (Article 134) and sentenced to death following a brief military tribunal that took place Monday morning.
As reported previously, Naval Investigative Criminal Services (NCIS) arrested Fagan in January after President Trump fired him and White Hats supplied POTUS with unequivocal proof Fagan had habitually made lewd and crude sexual advances on subordinates, promoted LBGQT+ Coast Guardsmen over more qualified cisgender candidates, and advocated for Trump to be overthrown.
Upon arriving at Camp Blaz in early February, Fagen bemoaned his imprisonment and the fact that he couldn’t get gender-affirming care at Trump-controlled military internment camp. He complained about everything under the sun—the food, the accommodations, the guards who constantly “misgendered” him, and being denied feminine hygiene products. Nor did he approve of his JAG-appointed counsel; Fagan was outraged that JAG had no LGBQT+ attorneys to represent him. At his arraignment on February 9, Fagan pleaded “not guilty,” and Lead Special Trial Prosecutor Rear Admiral Johnathon T. Stephens scheduled his tribunal for April 28.
In opening statements, Adm. Stephens told military panelists—three decorated Navy officers—that the United States government had irrefutable evidence of Fagen’s guilt, while the transexual’s attorney played the trans card, saying that President Trump fired Fagan and had him arrested, not because Fagan committed crimes but because Trump had an innate, irrational fear of non-binary people.
Over the first two hours, Adm. Stephens summoned six former and current Coast Guardsmen to the witness stand—four male, two female—who had worked in Fagan’s office between 2022 and 2024. They all testified to Fagan’s sexual depravity, describing a suffocating atmosphere of dread under which Fagan misused his authority to threaten them with demotions or dishonorable discharges if they didn’t yield to his sexual fantasies. These included threesomes, male Guardsmen sodomizing each other, and, disgustingly, encouraging his underlings to experiment with bestiality. A former petty officer second class swore under oath that Fagan tried to coerce him to visit his home to fondle a canine’s genitals. When he refused, Fagan threatened to “ruin his career.” He testified he had intentionally injured himself to receive a medical discharge and escape Fagan’s clutches.
A female seaman who had been Fagan’s personal chauffeur told the panelists that Fagan had begged her to transition to a man.
“Every time I saw the admiral, she, I guess he, ranted on about testosterone shots and getting a surgical breast reduction. The harassment ended only after I said it conflicted with my religion and I had a terrible fear of surgery,” the seaman said.
And a male lieutenant junior grade testified that he allowed Fagan to photograph his genitals after the degenerate threatened to manufacture charges against him if he didn’t comply with her demeaning demands.
Admiral Stephens had evidence corroborating the witnesses’ testimony. An iPad and iPhone seized from Fagan’s office held photographs of Fagan in nauseating positions with the lieutenant and a dozen other Coast Guard personnel. The devices also contained documents authored by Fagan encouraging Guardsmen to vote for Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential election because he, unlike Trump, championed diversity, equity, and inclusion. “Trump’s wicked, Trump’s evil. Vote Harris and the Coast Guard will be fifty percent bisexual,” one broadly distributed note read. “Female bisexuality is accepted in today’s society—you don’t see men complaining about seeing two women together. Men should be able to suck each other, too, without stigma.”
Fagan’s lawyer had tried to discredit the witnesses and evidence, but his efforts proved futile. The evidence was compelling and indisputable. The panel pronounced her guilty and suggested she be hanged as soon as possible.
“Trump’s a betrayer, he’s unclean,” Fagan shouted as MPs dragged him from the courtroom.
Admiral Stephens concurred and set the punishment to happen on May 5.
