In Kohout’s words:
“Since CO2 pollution generated by our selfish capitalist consumer society and released into the atmosphere is the main cause of the devastating greenhouse effect and global warming, there is an urgent need to start somewhere with the cleanup effort.”
From 1:00 − 6:00 p.m., Kohout and Klic used the following tools to try to clean up the sky: a broom on a long bamboo stick, a garbage bag on a long bamboo stick, and containers for the waste.
