Egypts best view point is just down the hill from panoramic point. An area you can access by foot, by horse or by camel. February being the best weather in Egypt I recommend walking. I think Karnak and Luxor temple in Luxor are more beautiful experiences but nothing quite as epic as seeing the massive pyramids, like mountains, with passing clouds
