Losing Fat and More 500s

Sometimes, you need to lean out a little to get to racing weight. For me, that means making a calculated plan months in advance and then executing every day as consistently as possible. I discuss what I do to lean out, step by step.

Please keep in mind that
1) I am not a medical expert and this is not medical advice.
2) ALWAYS let the people know around you what you're doing. Especially your coach.
3) It's not worth cutting fat if you are young, and can be potentially harmful. Let your body grow into itself.
