TEAM FORTRESS 2 - Other Players soundin' real annoying

just playin some TF2 I'm trying to play quietly so i can concentrate on my gaming video but the other dumb immature players like to chat over the game and i real don't know them there voices in my head and i try to tell them to shut up!
