US’ $60 Million Jet Falls into Red Sea While Evading Houthi Attack | Vantage with Palki Sharma | N18G

The United States Navy’s F-18 Super Hornet fighter jet has fallen into the Red Sea. This happened while the USS Harry Truman aircraft carrier was trying to evade an attack by the Houthis of Yemen. During the evasive action the fighter jet fell overboard into the ocean. Meanwhile, the houthis continue to extract a heavy toll on the US Military. In the last six weeks, the Houthis have shot down 7 MQ-9 reaper drones with each drone costing at least $30 million. However, the US continues its airstrikes in Yemen targeting Houthi strongholds and ammunition and weapons storage facilities. Palki Sharma tells you more.
