Haley Cheney was a young mother in a domestic violence relationship. After an argument at the boyfriend's residence, Haley Cheney was seen on footage going to her car where she was soon after discovered by her own family, nearing death. Haley had been shot. There was hardly an investigation and Haley's death was ruled self-inflicted, despite a mountain of evidence. Little Elm Police Department failed Haley Cheney just as so many other departments have failed so many other mothers, sisters, daughters... It's time for a change.
