Police investigate deadly shooting outside Highland Park Dollar General

Highland Park Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened in the parking lot of a Dollar General Thursday night.  “It really hurts me, it really hurts me really bad,” said Demetrius Kelley who lives near where the shooting happened.  Highland Park police tell 7 Action News the shooting happened around 5:00 p.m.  They are still investigating what lead up to the shooting, and say they do have someone in custody.
