Welcome to my strength training workout with Oblivion gameplay. Throughout the stream I’m going to step away from the game to perform an exercise each time the red timer hits zero.
You can follow along for a few sets or just enjoy the gameplay. What you get out of this content is up to you.
Here is my goal for my next couple of streams.
1. Push-ups every 2.5 minutes for 2 hours
2. Abs every 5 minutes for 2 hours
3. Legs for a few sets.
