This moment, right now is referred to as the Present. I believe it's called that because it is a gift. Yesterday is just a memory, tomorrow is not promised. All we really have is the present moment. I believe in cliches like; "Live, Love and Laugh", "Live Every Moment. The awareness of the present moment we are truly living life. I think that it's the highest level of conscious awareness possible and allows us to experience life as it was meant to be.
