Army Blackhawk Pilot Behind DEADLY Crash is DEI Hiring in Practice!

Capt. Rebecca Lobach was the pilot for a Blackhawk helicopter that crashed into a commercial flight that claimed the lives of 67 people earlier this year. It was just revealed that she disregarded several commands from her flight instructor that lead to the deadly crash. She had been in the military since 2019 and was woefully underqualified for her station.

Looking at the Western Gaming space and you find several analogous catastrophes. In 2024, more than 1 in 10 developers were laid off and the industry is on its knees. If you wonder what's to blame, look no further than hiring practices requiring immutable characteristics being prioritized over merit.
