Beat the heat with this super refreshing and hydrating Watermelon Lassi! This fusion of juicy watermelon and creamy yogurt is the ultimate summer drink—sweet, tangy, and absolutely delicious. Perfect for hot days, detox moments, or when you just need a cool twist on traditional lassi.

ingredients:

-Water Melon 2 cups ( Tarbooz )
-Dahi 1 + 1/2 Cup
-Podina 10 -15 pattay ( Mint Leaves )
-Rose syrup 2 -3
-Namak 1/3 tsp ( Salt )
-Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
-Cheeni 2 -3 tbsp ( Sugar ) or as per taste
-Crushed ice as required
-Choti elaichi powder ( Cardamom powder )

Direction for making :

-Cut the water melon into cubes remove the seeds.
-Take a blending jar add water melon cubes , mint leaves , lemon juice , salt , rose syrup crushed ice then blend them well.
-Transfer into serving glass , sprinkle some cardamom powder and serve.
