Parenting hack: take your kids to a local farmers market. Let them walk around, encourage them to have conversations with the vendors, to ask what the vendors do.

It plants a seed in their mind, about the things they are capable of and the options that are available to them… and the coolest part is when they get that inspiration it is very easy to rent a table at a farmers market and let them set up a small business.
