At The Four Dragons Casino, Woozie, Ran Fa Li, and CJ make their business partnership official by signing documents and toasting with drinks.
Moments later, CJ receives a frantic call from Ken Rosenberg: Salvatore Leone has taken over Caligula's Casino, sparking a gang war for control of Las Venturas. CJ heads to Caligula’s, where Salvatore is entertaining Maria Latore and tormenting Kent Paul and Maccer—who are tied up and dangling out the window. CJ introduces himself and earns Salvatore’s trust by mentioning his past with Joey Leone. Salvatore tasks CJ with eliminating a group of Forelli hitmen arriving by plane. CJ steals a Dodo from the airport, flies up to intercept the incoming Shamal, skydives onto it midair, and fights his way inside. He kills the Forelli crew and the pilot, then takes control of the plane and lands it safely back in Las Venturas.
