Just HOW did this happen? Path of Exile 2 Devs need to FIX this ASAP.

Path of Exile 2 is WILD! This player wanted to play one more map until the game decided that the time had come to end his playthrough. Nothing could have stopped it, the game simply decided that the time to create a new character had come. Has anyone experienced this in PoE2?
