Police: Eight firearms stolen by teenage granddaughter

Investigators with Cape Coral Police have charged a juvenile with stealing firearms from her grandfather. The victim contacted police on Thursday after discovering eight firearms missing from his home in the 1300 block of SE 23rd Street. The missing firearms included two semiautomatic handguns and six revolvers. Further investigation led police to the victim's 15-year-old granddaughter, who lives in the home.
