LIVE! Criminal Complaint Against Migrant Hiding Judge!

Join me as I break down the criminal complaint against Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan, arrested by the FBI on April 25, 2025, on federal felony charges of obstruction of an official proceeding and concealing an individual to prevent discovery and arrest.

The allegations stem from an incident on April 18, 2025, where Dugan is accused of helping Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, an undocumented Mexican national, evade U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents at the Milwaukee County Courthouse. Flores-Ruiz was in her courtroom facing three misdemeanor battery charges for allegedly assaulting two people.

According to the FBI affidavit, Dugan was informed of the presence of federal agents (from ICE, FBI, CBP, and DEA) outside her courtroom, who were there to arrest Flores-Ruiz based on an administrative warrant. Dugan, described as "visibly angry" and calling the situation "absurd," allegedly directed the agents to the chief judge’s office, claiming they needed a judicial warrant.

After the hearing, she reportedly escorted Flores-Ruiz and his attorney through a restricted jury door, bypassing the public area where agents were waiting, allowing him to leave the courthouse. The case against Flores-Ruiz was not called during the session, and victims were left in the courtroom unaware.

Dugan was released after a brief federal court appearance on April 25, with her arraignment scheduled for May 15, 2025. Her court calendar has been reassigned to a reserve judge starting April 28, 2025. The arrest sparked significant controversy:
