Dirty Pair: Project Eden

Dirty Pair: Project Eden (1986) is a Japanese sci-fi action anime film based on the Dirty Pair series. Kei and Yuri, the "Lovely Angels" of the World Welfare & Works Association (3WA), are sent to the planet Agerna, rich in Vizorium, a critical mineral for space travel. Tasked with investigating mysterious attacks on mining operations that have sparked global tensions, the duo uncovers a mad scientist, Dr. Wattsman, who aims to evolve a dormant alien race into its final, destructive form. Teaming up with Carson D. Carson, a thief chasing a rare World War II-vintage wine, Kei and Yuri face mutant creatures and chaotic battles. Their mission spirals into mayhem, blending high-stakes action, comedy, culminating in a race to stop Wattsman’s apocalyptic plan.
