Ticketmaster is a great company: they're great at jacking up ticket prices, buying off all their competition, and making the ticket-buying experience absolutely miserable for the average concert goer. If you've bought concert tickets over the past few years, you know as well as I do that Ticketmaster totally sucks.

But has Ticketmaster always been a big, fat, greedy corporation that only cares about money? In this video, I give a brief history of Ticketmaster and then talk about all the evil tactics they've used to dominate both the concert-ticket market and the concert-ticket-resale market.
