All of these emotions - anger, depression, anxiety - are caused by looking into the future with uncertainty.
Bitcoin was the certainty that turned the ship around.
Once I realized that Bitcoin was designed to remove the cancer from the earth (central banks), and that it could not be stopped by anyone or anything, life slowly got better.
