I have personally done this intermittent fasting and as of this video posting, I'm in the middle of doing it again and it's absolutely true.

Our bodies were designed to heal themselves and we're never taught this because big pharma and medicine wants you to come to them for all cures. The problem is they never have cures, they simply offer bandaids for outrageous fees and drugs to cover up conditions that we can heal ourselves.
