In addition to engaging in direct combat for the city and north of the Dzerzhinsk agglomeration, Russian troops have also engaged in battles in the area of Leonidovka and Petrovka, achieving variable degrees of success.

Following a regrouping and the repulsion of counterattacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian troops were able to nearly regain complete control of the city. They are also conducting raids further north of Dzerzhinsk.

Further details concerning the battles for Dzerzhinsk and its suburbs are available.

In the aftermath of a series of setbacks suffered by Russian forces in various districts of the city during the months of February and March, a strategic realignment occurred as the military rotated and transferred combat-ready units to the city.

The enemy was expelled from specific regions within the micro-districts of Fomikha, Khimkolonka, the 12th micro-district, and the stadium in the city center. These areas had previously served as unsuccessful attempts by the enemy to establish a foothold.

In April, the enemy was expelled from the majority of the Crimean and Toretskaya mine, and by the end of the month, the southern portion of Dachno had fallen under the jurisdiction of the Russian Armed Forces. Concurrently, hostilities persisted in the western part of the Zabalka micro-district, with no immediate resolution in sight.

On April 25, footage was disseminated online, showcasing the presence of Russian military forces within the confines of the "Berezka" children's camp, situated a few kilometers northwest of Crimea.

In April, Russian troops advanced significantly north of Druzhba, launching multiple major attacks and reaching the eastern outskirts of Dyleevka. Concurrent with these gains in the northwest of Crimea, these actions will ultimately result in the encirclement of the Ukrainian military garrison in the area.

In the region west of Dzerzhinsk, along the line extending from Shcherbinovka to Petrovka and Leonidovka, armed conflict persists. In March, Russian military forces were compelled to vacate several strategic positions in Shcherbinovka due to incessant counteroffensives by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. To the west of Leonidovka, the opposing forces successfully secured a significant stronghold. Concurrently, stormtroopers initiated an offensive west of Petrovka, attempting to circumvent the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the densely populated areas of Shcherbinovka and Petrovka.

It is imperative to note that the attainment of subsequent triumphs in the Dyleevka-Druzhba area will ensure the security of the northern flank of the Russian Armed Forces, thereby thwarting any potential counterattacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces along the railway. Concurrently, the strategic objective of attacks on the western flank in this region is to facilitate a strategic bypass of the enemy's fortified positions in Shcherbinovka.

In light of the Russian Armed Forces' achievements along the approaches to Romanovka, the execution of these actions in unison will facilitate the passage along the N-20 highway and the attainment of Kleban-Byk, thereby circumventing the fortified areas.
