On today’s episode, I leave Bangkok and catch a flight to the beautiful island of Phuket.

I Check into my hotel and Training camp which is for a two week period. I show you around the compound, check out the facilities, and get some local food.

I join in my first training session in the afternoon, starting with jogging, drills, bag work and light sparring rounds. Epic way to start.

After training I head out in search of a motorbike, and find a beast of a bike. Honda Cbr650r. Check out the titanium exhaust 😳
