There are most definitely connections to St Galgano's sword in the stone, the Arthurian legends, prophecies of St Malachy's line of popes, the French Kings, Prophecy of the Great Catholic Monarch and Holy Pope by way of the Cistercians. I use the term "invalid" not to mean that either of the "two worm ridden popes" were not validly elected but instead that their bad pursuits to change the Catholic Church into a "synodal Church" are invalid.
