GTA: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition | Mission #78: MISAPPROPRIATION

CJ pays an unwelcomed visit to Tenpenny and Pulaski, who are barbecuing at a house in Prickle Pine, Las Venturas. Tensions are high—C.R.A.S.H. is under pressure, and the heat from internal investigations is closing in. Tenpenny, as manipulative as ever, compares himself to CJ, claiming they’re both just trying to survive by stepping over others. When Pulaski mentions Hernandez's absence, suspicion starts to creep in. CJ mocks their paranoia, only to be punched in the gut by Tenpenny, who warns him to stay sharp.

They give CJ a new task: In Aldea Malvada, a DEA officer is meeting with an FBI agent, exchanging a dossier that could be damaging to Tenpenny. CJ is ordered to retrieve the dossier—and make sure no one walks away from the meeting. CJ heads to the remote ghost town, heavily guarded by federal agents. After a deadly firefight, he eliminates the targets, retrieves the dossier, and escapes. Though CJ hates working for Tenpenny, he knows the corrupt cop still holds the cards—for now.
