Jurisdictional Challenge

In this video I re presented my self the Living man James Richard making a special appearance to challenge both court and their attorneys jurisdiction. The clearly do not put it on the record and decided not to even address the Jurisdictional challenge which by Law they have to do when jurisdictional challenges arise. In fact the Judge has decided to rule on the case and then starts to mute me which is now effect my due process of my rights.
