Pie Dough

3c Unbleached Flour
pinch of salt
2 1/2 sticks butter , softened
2 eggs
2 egg yolks

These will be blind baked at 400 degrees with a pan on top for about 10-15 minutes then filled and back into the oven at 350 until filling is set.
