At the close of Week 1 in the second Karen Read trial, two new issues have arisen. First, at the jury view on Friday there was an object that wasn't present the first time around....a rock with the word "Albert" on it (referring to the former homeowners/suspects the Albert family).

Second, an affidavit was filed in the case of Aiden Kearney (@TurtleboyLive) that alleges on of the major parties in the anti-Karen Read movement and Turtleboy nemesis, Kate Peter, is being paid via the DA's office or through witnesses in the Karen Read case.

Let's look into this and see where we end up at the beginning of Week 2!

Karen Read is accused of murdering her boyfriend and Boston Police Officer, John O’Keefe, on January 29, 2022. Prosecutors allege that Reed struck O’Keefe with her vehicle during a snowstorm and left O’Keefe to die from his injuries and exposure to the cold weather.

Reed has been charged with Second-Degree Murder, Manslaughter, and Leaving the Scene Where of a DUI Fatality.
