I had a powerful moment during a live session with my teacher.
We practiced clapping therapy, and as I clapped over one area of my body…
I suddenly started crying.
It was a deep emotional release — unexpected, but so healing.
Sometimes, we hold emotions in the body without even knowing.
Clapping helps open energy pathways, clear blockages, and release what’s stuck — physically and emotionally.
It was beautiful. It was real.
Healing isn’t always pretty — but it’s always worth it.
