Last of heavy, low rep, 2+hr sessions.

I’m new to rumble, my first several posts may and will seem to have no purpose or direction. Low views, no followers, I get it. I will be posting training, life updates, ups and downs, ins and outs of life, business, fitness, lifestyle, spiritual, and all kinds of stuff on here same as I do on other platforms. This was a heavy phase of my training with lots of sets of lower reps heavier weights. Took 2+ hours to complete. I’m thru this phase and will be going into new chapter of both life and training and will continue to post here as frequently as possible. The reason for me posting is to share all my life experiences which may help someone else out there watching. All in all, the only thing we have of any intangible value as human beings is our experience shared with others. Cheers !
