2025-04-27 - Greater - John #16

In John 5:1-18, we see Jesus heal a paralyzed man who didn't ask for it and was ungrateful after being healed. We are confronted with the reality that Jesus is over the and above the manmade laws for the Jewish Sabbath and learn from Mark 2:27-28 that He is the Lord of the Sabbath, challenging us to evaluate how we are honoring Him as Lord of our lives in the context of our honoring and keeping holy of the Sabbath.
