Chorizo Hash, Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms & Fried Eggs

Ingredients:
4 russet potatoes, rustically peeled & diced
1 large onion, sliced
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1/2 pound turkey chorizo
3 farm fresh eggs
Spices to taste:
Garlic salt
Pepper
Za’atar Seasoning

Direcctions:
1. Sauté onion & mushrooms with za’atar seasoning blend.
2. In separate pan, fry potatoes with garlic salt and pepper.
3. Once the onions are sautéed, slide to one slide of the pan and brown the chorizo.
4. When the potatoes are browned and cooked through, add browned chorizo, sautéed onions and mushrooms on top of the potatoes.
5. Fry eggs in the chorizo grease and add to the hash skillet.
6. Enjoy!
