🧘🏻‍♀️That’s why in Rooted Disruption apprenticeship, I prioritize you reconnecting with your intuition & inner voice just as much as teaching you about herbs, essential oils, and crystals.

⚛️That’s why we focus on nervous system regulation through healing sound—because a calmer nervous system can not only receive herbal medicine more readily but can also tap into inner guidance.

That’s what this apprentice did, and her results are astonishing. 🤯

It’s far more important for you to feel empowered in your wellness choices and your gifts with healing than for you to know all the studies and science behind every detail of your herbal and aromatherapy practice.

🧭And I find the deepest connection to our inner guidance system comes from our reconnection with the cycles of Nature, allowing our bodies to sync up to that ancient earth wisdom, and allowing the ebb and flow of energies, elements, herbs, and aromatics to partner with us and support us at different seasons through the year.
