Osteogaster Aenea (Corydoras aeneus)

In this video you'll see the antics of six young cories, namely the recently renamed corydoras aeneus, also known as the bronze or green cory. They are now known as the Osteogaster aenea.

I just got them a couple weeks ago from Ryan over at wildfishtanks.com for my 20 gallon. It's been up and running with a fishless cycle for about 4 months, and has been in desperate need of some life.

I set up this black diamond substrate solely for the purpose of keeping cories, as many of you may know, they love burying their faces into sand up to their eyeballs in search for food (and they find it, too!).

I think I love this about them more than anything else.

More fish to come!
