Fathers 4 Justice will NOT deviate from its firm standpoint that The Abusive alienating parent along with his or her lawyer, advocate and social worker along with the flying monkeys must face automatic immediate direct prison sentences. Further, the presiding officer (judge or Magistrate) must have no discretion in applying the maximum sentences to all parties involved in aiding and abetting the abusive alienating parent.

Further, it is Fathers 4 Justices consider opinion with over 21 years of direct experience of talking to alienated parents daily, that the government continued failure to criminalise Parental Alienation Syndrome as child abuse and intimate partner violence and make it a criminal offence with automatic direct mandatory prison sentence, that the government is DIRECTLY encouraging and assisting the abuser and are there for directly complicit in this abuse.
