Multiple dead after vehicle plows into Vancouver Filipino festival

At least nine people were killed after a man drove through a crowd at a Filipino community festival in Vancouver on Saturday evening (April 26), Canadian police said in an X post on Sunday. A 30-year-old man was arrested at the scene, but police say they were "confident" it was not an act of terror, coming as Canada is due to hold a federal election on Monday. Sean Hogan reports.
