Stop Judicial Tyranny: Rep. Issa's No Rogue Rulings Act Bill Explained | Newt Gingrich Reacts

CONGRESS TAKING ACTION! Rep. Darrell Issa passed a bill (No Rogue Rulings Act AKA NORRA formally designated as H.R. 1526) to BLOCK district courts from issuing NATIONWIDE INJUNCTIONS! If any judge, anywhere, can block every presidential order, everywhere, we no longer have democracy, we have tyranny by the judiciary. Even more concerning, shell organizations like ActBlue funnel donations from illegal straw donors and foreign sources using dummy accounts to sway elections and support political agendas. This problem is especially serious at the state level, where judges can be directly influenced. Judges should never have a political agenda; they must strictly adhere to the letter of the law. Federal law (52 U.S.C. 30121 and 30122) explicitly prohibits making political contributions in the name of another person. At the state level, ActBlue fundraisers such as "Donate now to elect Democrats to state supreme courts!" reveal how money is used to influence judicial elections. While federal judges are appointed, previous ActBlue campaigns like "Fund the fight to confirm Biden’s judicial nominees before it’s too late!" show a clear pattern of influencing judicial appointments at the federal level as well. It is clear that by using straw donor tactics, ActBlue is violating the law and must be investigated.

In the mean time we need to take action! The House of Representatives passed the No Rogue Rulings Act bill on April 9, 2025, with a narrow 219–213 vote, largely along party lines. The bill now moves to the Senate, where it faces a more challenging path, requiring 60 votes to advance.
