CJ receives another urgent call from Mike Toreno, summoning him to the ranch. Toreno cryptically reveals that CJ’s brother Sweet is alive and in danger, surrounded in prison by violent inmates, but reassures CJ that he’s being kept safe—for now. Toreno then sends CJ on a covert operation to secure a valuable cargo drop. After traveling to El Castillo del Diablo and choosing a vehicle and weapons, CJ climbs to Arco del Oeste and sets off a flare to signal the drop zone. A Leviathan helicopter arrives with the cargo, but is intercepted by agency choppers. CJ defends the Leviathan by shooting down the helicopters. Once clear, the Leviathan drops the package near an abandoned dock. CJ secures the cargo and delivers it to a garage in Las Brujas, while Toreno reminds him—ominously—that he's always watching.
